We truly appreciate the work 3R Strategy did to bring this project to life—the support and outcomes have been extremely valuable for our employees.”

Challenge

When Harworth came to us, they had recently completed a salary benchmarking exercise, as well as implementing a new set of reward principles, career framework, and job evaluation process.

They didn’t have the capacity for internal communications support and were seeking help to develop materials that would allow them to communicate these recent changes to employees.

Solution

This project involved planning and designing 15 different reward communications materials that would inform employees about all the new policies and processes at Harworth Group. As well as this, an important part of our communications output is to provide training to leaders on how to have constructive pay conversations with their employees. We do this through a series of videos, including visual graphics, subtitles and voiceovers.

The language and content of each output were edited to make sure they were as clear and straightforward as possible—ensuring accessibility for people of all reading levels.

Once the copy had been approved, the design process could begin. Our experts produced each output in Harworth’s company branding. This included logos, brand colours, fonts and visual styling

Outcome

On completion of this project, Harworth had 15 different resources to share with employees and managers that covered each new policy and process.

With all of these new, branded reward communications, Harworth Group can now feel comfortable that everything—every query and question someone might have—is covered thoroughly and from every angle. Employees will have a better understanding of why and how decisions are made and what it means concerning their roles and career progression.
