Senior Reward Analyst (Remote)

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000

The Opportunity

We’re expanding our client base and seeking an experienced reward analyst to join our team. This is a chance to:

  • Take ownership of complex reward projects from day one
  • Work both independently and as part of our team
  • Make a real impact in a growing consultancy
  • Help organisations make better reward decisions through
  • Be part of a team that builds close relationships with clients and turns projects into rewarding experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in reward analysis
  • Experience in benchmarking work
  • Exposure to job evaluation methodologies
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle complex data analysis
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in delivering high-quality work independently

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of employee benefits
  • Experience in gender pay gap reporting

Location

While this is a remote position, you will need to:
