We are a UK-based pay and reward consultancy dedicated to helping organisations build a culture of trust through pay transparency. Our motto ‘Reward, Recognise, Retain’ is a reflection of our purpose: to give businesses the tools and insight to reward their people fairly, recognise their achievements, and retain them for the long term. Rameez Kaleem
Rameez KaleemFounder & Director
Rameez has worked in reward for 20 years, both in-house and as a consultant. He has a wealth of experience in job architecture design, bonus/sales incentives, pay structures, and equal pay.

In 2015, he founded 3R Strategy to help more organisations build a culture of trust through pay transparency.

Tracey Hodgson
Tracey HodgsonSenior Reward Consultant
Tracey has over 15 years’ experience in compensation and benefits. She works together with HR and line managers to educate and provide governance on reward policy and practice.

Tracey has a degree in Human Resource Management and is CIPD certified.

Philippa Nisbet
Philippa NisbetReward Consultant
Philippa has over 15 years’ proven ability in developing and implementing tangible outcomes for organisations across private, public, and third sectors.

She has HR generalist and reward experience and brings a fresh, holistic view to reward management. She is also CIPD certified.

Jenna Thompson
Jenna ThompsonReward Comms Manager
Jenna is an experienced copywriter and designer working to create coherent reward communications that effectively convey our clients’ pay and job evaluation policies.

She also produces much of our internal content, tackling issues such as diversity, equal pay, and salary benchmarking.

Sarah Humphreys
Sarah HumphreysMarketing & Operations Manager
Sarah has over 10 years of experience across a variety of marketing and operational roles, in both public and private sector organisations. She has extensive experience in accounts, operations and event management and has worked closely with HR teams to drive business and financial growth.
Liam Humpage
Liam Humpage Reward Analyst
Liam has worked in a number of HR roles over the last 5 years. He has 4 years of private sector reward experience and has worked on multiple HR system builds, policy revisions, and process improvements.

Liam is experienced at gender pay gap reporting and takes on vast datasets for analysis.

Mark Mottershead
Mark Mottershead Technology Lead
Mark is a highly knowledgeable and recognised expert in the fields of IT management, data compliance, cybersecurity and intelligence.

He brings an abundance of expertise to the team, offering guidance on all technological aspects to ensure we provide the most secure service to our clients.

Sara Gonzalez
Sara GonzalezHR Advisor
Sara is CIPD certified and has over 5 years of experience in HR. Her role at 3R Strategy is to offer HR advice to leaders, helping them manage their teams using conflict resolution techniques.

She has worked on a wide range of projects, including leadership coaching, analytics, and learning and development.
