In 2015, he founded 3R Strategy to help more organisations build a culture of trust through pay transparency.

She has HR generalist and reward experience and brings a fresh, holistic view to reward management. She is also CIPD certified.

She also produces much of our internal content, tackling issues such as diversity, equal pay, and salary benchmarking.


Liam is experienced at gender pay gap reporting and takes on vast datasets for analysis.

He brings an abundance of expertise to the team, offering guidance on all technological aspects to ensure we provide the most secure service to our clients.

She has worked on a wide range of projects, including leadership coaching, analytics, and learning and development.
