3R Strategy is a specialist pay and reward consultancy. We provide technical reward expertise gained in-house and as consultants so we understand our clients’ needs and can suggest practical solutions. We work with clients to implement your strategic reward programmes and operate as an extension of in-house providing you with flexibility and additional expertise and resources when you need them. Our flexible and agile approach provides an alternative to international consultancies or the Big Four accountancy practices.

We specialise in compensation and reward strategy, implementing job family and salary frameworks, undertaking job evaluation and benchmarking across all levels including designing bonus and sales incentive schemes and conducting equal pay audits.

Meet the Team

Rameez Kaleem, Director

Rameez has worked with a wide range of companies across a number of sectors; recent clients include Vitality, Arriva Rail London, London Business School and Paysafe.

Rameez previously worked as a consultant for Willis Towers Watson, with clients from the media, financial services and hi-tech sectors. He began his career at a global mobility consultancy where he worked closely with several public sector and governmental organisations.

He has extensive experience across a wide range of reward projects, including job family design and implementation, bonus and sales incentive design, pay structure and progression and equal pay audits.

Shanshan Zhang, Reward Consultant

Shanshan specialises in compensation management in a global context. She has over 10 years of experience in HR analysis and advice, delivered customised solutions on a project basis, including remuneration benchmark, policy and process review, system design and development.

Shanshan has provided services to public agencies, financial, manufacturing and educational organisations in Europe as well as Asia. She is skilled at identifying areas in need of improvement and developing practical action plans aligned with business needs. Shanshan has an MS in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management and has completed four courses for a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designation.

Natalie Modlock, HR & Recruitment Analyst

Natalie is a graduate of Bournemouth University with a degree in Business Studies. She has worked in membership associations and local council within events, marketing and member retention. Most recently she has spent 7 years working in HR and recruitment within the NHS. This included an advisory role, with a focus on policy and a specialism in recruitment, managing the hiring process from start to finish. She has experience recruiting for a wide range of roles and placing candidates in hard-to-fill jobs.

Sara Trigo, HR Coordinator

Sara has over 3 years of experience in HR. She has worked on a wide range of projects, from analytics to recruitment and learning and development. She has designed and implemented systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. She has also created and delivered learning activities, managed professional development plans, monitored absence and performance reviews.

Sara has a CIPD Certificate in HR Practice and a keen interest in turning complex data into engaging visuals.
