3R Strategy is a specialist pay and reward consultancy. We provide technical reward expertise gained in-house and as consultants so we understand our clients’ needs and can suggest practical solutions. We work with clients to implement your strategic reward programmes and operate as an extension of in-house providing you with flexibility and additional expertise and resources when you need them. Our flexible and agile approach provides an alternative to international consultancies or the Big Four accountancy practices.

Meet the Team

rameez kalim reward strategy consultant

Rameez Kaleem, Director

Rameez has worked with a wide range of companies across a number of sectors; recent clients include Vitality, Arriva Rail London, London Business School and Paysafe.

Rameez previously worked as a consultant for Willis Towers Watson, with clients from the media, financial services and hi-tech sectors. He began his career at a global mobility consultancy where he worked closely with several public sector and governmental organisations.

He has extensive experience across a wide range of reward projects, including job family design and implementation, bonus and sales incentive design, pay structure and progression and equal pay audits.

Tracey Hodgson, Reward Consultant

Tracey has over 10 years experience of Compensation and Benefits, predominately working in house for the Hi-Tech, Pharmaceutical and Health Care industries. Specialising in European Reward process management including remuneration benchmarking, HR analytics and software implementation.

Partnering with HR and Line Managers to educate and provide governance on Reward policy and practice. Tracey has worked alongside Willis Towers Watson, Mercer and Aon Hewitt.

Tracey has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Managment and is CIPD certified.

Natalie Modlock, HR Analyst

Natalie is a graduate of Bournemouth University with a degree in Business Studies. She has worked in membership associations and local council within events, marketing and member retention. Most recently she has spent 7 years working in HR and recruitment within the NHS.

Natalie’s role at 3R Strategy is to provide analyst support for client projects and helps to ensure we deliver quality results for our clients.

Sara Trigo, HR Coordinator

Sara has over 3 years of experience in HR. She has worked on a wide range of projects, from analytics to recruitment and learning and development. She has designed and implemented systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. She has also created and delivered learning activities, managed professional development plans, monitored absence and performance reviews.

Sara’s role at 3R Strategy is to lead our social media content, support on client projects and use her design skills to help turn complex data into engaging visuals.
