Founded in 1996, Paysafe Group is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK with an expanding employee workforce and global locations. Paysafe was looking to put a structure in place enabling leaders to make more informed and consistent decisions in how they pay and reward their people.
We worked with the Chief HRO to implement a new job level framework and pay structure in time for its annual pay review process. This began by running job evaluation sessions with the HR leads in each country to align all roles to the new framework.
We carried out salary benchmarking for all roles using the Willis Towers Watson financial services survey and engaged with all global business leaders. Following the design and implementation of the pay structure, we ran training and communication workshops with all leaders responsible for making pay decisions.
Paysafe has a reward framework in place that gives it the flexibility to manage pay for its fast-growing and evolving industry. Using this framework, it can give leaders responsibility for making pay decisions with guidance and support, enabling them to make more informed decisions based on data—rather than a ‘gut feeling’.
