Supporting a number of reward projects including pay review and salary benchmarking

London Business School is one of the world’s elite business schools delivering world class business education for 50 years and ranking as the FT’s number 1 Business School in Europe. London Business School is growing with over 700 employees spread over a few campuses in central London and a campus in Dubai.

LBS were working on a number of reward and performance projects and required reward expertise and support on an ad-hoc basis to help deliver these projects without the burden of heavy overhead costs. We are continuing to work with London Business School to provide support in:

  • Annual pay review
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Data modelling and pay analytics
