LBS was working on a number of reward and performance projects and required reward expertise to support the HR team. This included reviewing the annual pay review process and redesigning the sales incentives scheme.
Working with the HR Director, we provided LBS with options for the design of its future sales incentive scheme. We then carried out data modelling to calculate the impact and provided LBS with a template to track sales incentive payments throughout the year.
Additionally, we helped to define the objectives of the pay review and designed a process and template for the HR team, along with clear guidance for leaders.
LBS has a sales incentive scheme in place that enables it to reward the desired results and behaviours aligned to its values. It is able to distribute consistent incentive payments and track them throughout the year against projected financial and personal performance to enable a more efficient budgeting process.
LBS is also able to manage the pay review process more efficiently using an automated template, which helps to ensure leaders stay within their budgets and enable a smoother approval process.
