“Rameez from 3R Strategy was brought on board mid-way through a global levelling and benchmarking exercise to bring much needed structure, insight and support to enable project completion within the aggressive timescales set. His expertise, reflected in his pragmatic, calm and measured approach quickly established confidence within the team. Ultimately, he offers a blend of big remuneration consulting versus in company experience that works well.
