Design & implement an internal levelling structure and job families for a household brand.

Autotrader is the UK’s largest digital automotive marketplace, and were looking to get a better understanding of how competitive they were in the pay market as well as introducing a pay for performance culture. By understanding their current state they would then be able to develop a clear reward strategy.
