We can advise on or review aspects central to the creation or operation of Remuneration Committees such as:

- other aspects typically found in Terms of Reference
We usually inform our recommendations by interviewing Board members, carrying out targeted research, and reviewing documented aspects of governance, principles, strategy and culture.
We don’t just act as ‘yes’ people.
We will provide expert advice and challenge conversations or ideas when needed. Part of this process involves flagging the risks and potential consequences of the decisions being made by the RemCo.
