How it Works
The survey covers every aspect of working life. We ask around 160 questions and deliver over 220 data points per employee.
Employees can complete the survey in one go or come back to it in sections.
It usually takes people around 30-45 minutes total to complete. We recommend a 3-4 week survey.
Upon submitting the survey, each employee gets their own personal and confidential report. A full report then goes out to managers and executives, providing a complete picture.
The Excellence Survey will replace a number of others you likely perform each year.
We will connect business areas, giving them the data needed to collaborate and make decisions.
