Philippa has over 15 years’ proven ability in developing and implementing tangible commercial outcomes for organisations across private, public, and third sectors. She has HR generalist and reward experience and brings a fresh, holistic view to reward management.
She has recently worked on projects involving the revision of policies and procedures, average pay implementation, and full pay structure reviews. She is CIPD qualified and gained her specialisms in analysis, process improvement, modelling, and benchmarking through working with Thames Water, KPMG, and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Philippa joined the 3R Strategy team to help more organisations find the most effective ways to reward, recognise and retain their most important asset: their people.
