Meet the Team

Rameez Kaleem, Founder and Director

Rameez has worked in reward for 20 years, initially as a consultant at Willis Towers Watson and then a number of in-house roles.

He has extensive experience in job architecture design, bonus and sales incentives, pay structure and equal pay.

In 2015, he founded 3R Strategy with the vision of a world where we all wake up inspired to go to work and feel rewarded and appreciated in the workplace.

Tracey Hodgson, Senior Reward Consultant

Tracey has over 15 years experience of Compensation and Benefits, predominately working in house for the Hi-Tech, Pharmaceutical and Health Care industries. Specialising in European Reward process management including remuneration benchmarking, HR analytics and software implementation.

Partnering with HR and Line Managers to educate and provide governance on Reward policy and practice. Tracey has worked alongside Willis Towers Watson, Mercer and Aon Hewitt.

Tracey has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management and is CIPD certified.

Philippa Nisbet, Reward Consultant

Philippa has over 15 years’ proven ability in developing and implementing tangible commercial outcomes for organisations across private, public, and third sectors. She has HR generalist and reward experience and brings a fresh, holistic view to reward management.

She has recently worked on projects involving the revision of policies and procedures, average pay implementation, and full pay structure reviews. She is CIPD qualified and gained her specialisms in analysis, process improvement, modelling, and benchmarking through working with Thames Water, KPMG, and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Philippa joined the 3R Strategy team to help more organisations find the most effective ways to reward, recognise and retain their most important asset: their people.

Jenna Thompson, Reward Communications Manager

Jenna is an experienced copywriter and designer working to create explicit and coherent reward communications that effectively convey our clients’ pay and job evaluation policies. In addition, she produces much of our internal content here at 3R Strategy, tackling issues such as workplace diversity, equal pay, and salary benchmarking.

Jenna has worked with a wide range of organisations, both agency and client-side, to step-up their search rankings, brand design and content marketing output. She has written high-profile content for global multinationals as well as single-person startups and has a special interest in ethical companies and the arts. In her spare time, she teaches her dog to talk.

Sarah Humphreys, Marketing & Operations Manager

Sarah has over 10 years of experience across a variety of marketing and operational roles, in both public and private sector organisations. She has extensive experience in accounts, operations and event management and has worked closely with HR teams to drive business and financial growth.

She joined the 3R Strategy team to deliver exceptional service and experience to our clients and partners, whilst growing the 3R Strategy brand.

Mark Mottershead, Technology Lead

Mark is a highly knowledgeable and recognised expert in the fields of IT Management, Data Compliance, Cybersecurity and Intelligence with over 40 years’ experience working in many parts of the world.

He brings an abundance of expertise to the 3R Strategy team, providing guidance on all technological aspects to ensure we are consistently providing the most secure service to our clients.

Sara Gonzalez, HR Advisor

Sara is CIPD certified and has over 5 years of experience in HR and 4 years coaching high performance teams. She has worked on a wide range of projects including leadership coaching, analytics and learning & development. She has specialised in leadership coaching within different industries (Architecture & Design, Gaming and Retail) offering guidance to leaders in difficult conversations, grievance and disciplinary processes.

She has also designed and implemented successful systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. She has created and delivered learning activities, managed professional development plans, monitored absence and performance reviews.

Sara’s role at 3R Strategy is to offer HR advice to leaders, helping them manage their teams using highly effective management and conflict resolution techniques.
