What is the Global Salary Planning Survey?
Every year we ask HR and reward professionals around the world how they’re approaching pay for the year ahead: salary increase budgets, how those budgets are being allocated, and what’s shaping their decisions.
The results are published in our Global Salary Planning Report, a free resource that thousands of organisations use to sense-check their own pay planning against the wider market, covering over 40 countries and responses from almost 300 organisations last year, across 26 sectors.
The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymised and reported in aggregate only.
